Try today by closing your laptop or turn off devices and take the time to feel the air filling up your belly as it expands, and , as air comes up to your ribs and upper lungs, hold the breath for a few seconds and let it all go.
3. Exchange your thoughts about what happened in your past to thoughts about what you would like have and be
Have you thought about how many hours we waste thinking about what happened earlier today or yesterday or even years ago? What if instead you use this time to choose what you want to think and focus on what you would like to achieve in life? It is called manifestation. Choose to think about what would like to do with your life and close your eyes and see yourself achieving your goals and notice how you feel as you do this over and over.
